Mumbai: A man has been arrested in Mumbai for allegedly raping his nine-12 months-vintage daughter, police stated on Wednesday.

“In June, the accused raped his daughter when nobody become domestic and threatened her now not to inform every body. Recently, the female narrated the incident to her mom. The mom took her daughter to the close by Dindoshi Police Station and lodged a complaint towards the accused husband,” Mumbai police stated.
Following the female’s revelation, her mom filed a grievance on the Dindoshi Police Station.
“A case became registered in opposition to the accused under sections 65 (2), 68 (A) of the BNS and sections 4,10,12 of POCSO,” they brought.
He become arrested and regarded in court docket, where he has been remanded in police custody until August 30.
