In Uttar Pradesh, Sambhal, a ‘local journalist’ who was arrested after asking a minister a question about the development of the village at Sabha, has been accused of assaulting BJP workers.

The journalist was keeping his point that the voice of a woman present with the minister comes from behind, “Are you keeping the problem or promoting yourself?”

On this the journalist says, “Unless the public’s voice reaches you, you claim that work has been done, but if no work has been done in a village, then what will we say? “The District General Secretary of the BJP Yuva Morcha immediately filed a charge against the purported journalist for assault and abuse shortly after the programme ended. The journalist has been taken into jail by the police after they filed the FIR.
